Scenic, charming small village welcomes a few boaters on moorings and a few at the dock. Canal location of this gem is easily overlooked by boaters in transit. Care is needed when entering the narrow channel when strong canal currents are present. Laundry services and a few restaurants are available nearby and overnight parking is easy but daytime use will require feeding the meter. Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights while waiting out stormy weather. A big part of the town's appeal is its working class character, so if nothing but the Hamptons will do, you might want to look elsewhere....
