We were very impressed with the staff we encountered. From radio communications to obtain our mooring ball assignment, launch operators, fuel/water dock line handlers, and office staff - everyone was professional, knowledgeable, capable, and friendly/greeted guests. Throughout everyone was consistent. The marina managers should be very proud.
My review this year is essentially the same (the staff is amazing and professional) - what is different? I would suggest the launch slow down as they are working their way through the fleet. I’m sure someone must have complained that the wait time was too long, but they have to realize the mooring field is quite large. Go back to slower operating speed.
