The launch service has been degraded in quality a lot. First guy did not know how to approach the boat and secure connection so people can safely step in to the launch boat. The same story at the dock, he failed to secure the boat, it was swinging around and we were pushed to jump on the dock from swinging boat and the launch guy was not care about it at all. On the way back another guy was perfect in his skills... The shower facility - NO ventilation(???) so it was extremely hot inside. Bathrooms - the door was always opened so all people from the restaurant using it (automatic door closer might be a solution), one was cabin was completely clogged... The price for the moorings is HIGH but the quality of the facility is really in a bad shape and the service is not even safe for people. At least you have to spend money for training.
