I have been a customer of OBMC for 38 years now, have seen two different owners and 5 different managers. One thing has remain consistent, the customer comes first.
A new manager and staff have taken over the reigns of control and need to prove themselves to me. This occurred the beginning of the season in 2018. With my winter storage being in water, I needed to leave the dock by 4/1. With nasty weather preventing the placement of moorings, Dylan worked with me and assured my mooring would be in place and launch service available. The trip over was wet and cold, but much to my relief there was my mooring as promised.
I am so glad OBMC is maintaining the standards of excellent service, as I have seen for years. Come see the new renovations being done to improve customer comfort as well!
