Poor dockhand service
Check out was 11 and 11:04
I had almost all of my dock lines off except 2 and dockhand comes over to tell
Me checkout is 11. It was blowing hard and dockhand did not offer to help with lines. I had to ask for assistance. It was obvious I was leaving momentarily.
