One or two of the Shelter Island ferry captains, operate way too fast when coming into dock. Most of the captains slow down and there is no wake into the Mitchell Park Marina.
One or two ferry captains come in "Hot" and cause a two foot wake that washes into the marina. Really a shame, cause the other ferry captains prove it can be done with no wake.
