We stayed at Mitchell Park Marina to attend the Monday night music in the park and they docked a huge yacht in front of our boats (there were 6) and blocked our view. Note there were several other places they could have easily docked that boat including just moving it up some since there were very few boats there.
I asked the staff to resolve the issue and got no response and the people on the boat were extremely rude. We have stayed at the marina several times and similar issues have happened. Planning the dock space for the events should be pretty simple but customers are not considered or acknowledged. Also the communication is terrible. You cant connect them during off season to ask questions and in season it is also difficult to make contact. The positive is the location is great.
