Overall great. Good value compared to Block or Newport. Nice town very close to marina. Marina was fully booked so having reservation was mandatory. Plenty of restaurants (of course Claudio’s) and shops nearby. It is a very busy place on weekends and Mitchell Park did not answer the phone when I called a couple times in advance to discuss the process and plan for docking. However, The dock hands are very proficient and gave good guidance on the VHF. I do recommend you do your best to review the layout in advance and call on the VHF Channel 11 to check in just before arrival. Radio was very busy with day visitors looking for a tie up so it did help to have an idea of the marina layout. Although their docks are really nice floating concrete structures it can be rolly on the ends of the docks until 9:00 pm (ish). Lot of restaurants and bar action till about 10:00 pm. Surprisingly we were the only sailboat in the marina.
