Cancellation policy if harsh but clearly stated. Refused to allow a different boat to use reservation even though it was allowed in the past. Manager refused to budge and said they had never done it in the past. I offered to forward them proof that it had but they refused to respond to any more messages.
Never again. Just remember if you make a reservation and don't go or try to modify it they will pretty much deny even the smallest change and then sell the mooring for the summer rate. Keeping most of your money too.
