Mixed review. These days a 3 star is viewed as negative, but in this case middle of the road (grade C).
Dockhands - B - pleasant and helpful
Dockhands skill - B - some trainees, but good effort. Good with hookups and pump out.
Office staff - C - pleasant, didn’t offer much advice even upon asking.
Facilities - D - functional, but underwhelming. Docks are old, splintered and rickety, pool was under renovation so not open.
Location - B - Charlestown is great, easy walk to North End and TD Garden
Neighbors on docks - A - pleasant people, some living on boats. All friendly and helpful with advice and social.
So mixed review, great location for purpose, but not planning to return.
