For the second time on this trip the Marina was unaware of our reservation when we called in on approach. There was a scramble to get us an assigned slip. No one one was there to assist us with docking, get us gate key or access codes , Wi-Fi codes, etc. On the third call after docking we got access codes but that person did not know the Wi-Fi code.
