Even though I didn't actually use Thunderbolt's services I felt like I had to leave a positive review for all of the help I did receive. I spoke to Karen a couple of times and she was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, due to the current situation they are obviously running on limited staff and have an awful lot of work to get to. She was able to offer me good suggestions and was very responsive in her communications. A great experience and I'm sure you'd be equally well served.
