We found friendly, professional and efficient customer service to be a part of the fabric of Thunderbolt marina. The team at Thunderbolt are amazing, starting with Nicole who is a superb dockmaster. We approached the marina with a disabled vessel and impending severe weather. She expertly helped us transition our boat from a sea tow vessel to secure dockage. She also helped us coordinate with other staff for timely repairs. James was very helpful in putting us in touch the the right person for parts and was available with a helping hand when needed. Charles, the security guard was very kind in directing us to shipping and receiving where we were able to have packages delivered. The loaner car was an added bonus to this wonderful marina.
