The Marina has many trailers and slips for sale or vacant due to ridiculously high fees. Regular inside lots are $13,000 plus per year and channel lots are $16,000-27,000 PER YEAR. There is no fish cleaning station, no community hall or space for marina renters to socialize, no community store, bakery or lcbo, there is no onsite pool, basketball courts, pickleball courts, or any volleyball nets so there is nothing to do. There isn’t even a playground for kids. Kids are totally bored. And when it’s hot there is no place to cool off. In the evenings there is no place to go and the owners don’t organize anything during the week at all Every year it goes up 10 %. Even a crappy slip is $5000 with no power and they control the stuff bought and put on self paid decks. If you sell they control the sale and you have to go through their office and for the sale of your trailer you have to pay them a commission etc. Shop around There are better marinas
