Stayed one night transient. Dockhands were great, facilities (when available) were clean. We were told the bathrooms would be “locked” after 600 pm due to “vagrants” and given a code. Okay. However, this meant truly we were locked out, code no good from 6p-7a or so…this is unacceptable to inconvenience paying customers ($$) because they can’t solve their issues. The marina we departed from that morning had key cards. We are requesting a partial refund as showers and bathroom access at all times is part of what you pay for!
