Uncle Gus’ Marina & Resort sits on beautiful landscaped 54 acres of aged oak and cedar trees as well as an abundance of shoreline located on the southwest side of breathtaking Lake Whitney. Uncle Gus’ offers our guest a truly amazing amount of amenities during their stay with us; from our cozy cabins to our well-groomed RV spots. Guests can spend the day on the lake in one of our 10 rental boats or stay in the park and relax by one of our two swimming pools. If you decide to bring your own boat, we offer a courtesy dock down the hill at our marina to park your boat during your stay. Or leave your boat with us in one of our covered boat slips. Guest will also enjoy the convenience of our marina store for drinks, snacks, tackle, and fuel. If by some chance our guest needs a little boat maintenance or repairs, our parts and service shop is just up the hill from the marina. We urge you not to forget about or crappie dock if you love to fish because it is considered one of the best public fishing locations on Lake Whitney. So come have a lot of fun with us during the day and build a campfire to relax by at night. We eagerly await your arrival.
