The staff is great and well-organized, and the docks are in good shape—a great place to stay and bounce around Casco Bay. Just be aware there are no water hookups and access to water is limited due to constraints on shore. It's not a huge deal, just make sure your water tanks are full. I am sure it says it somewhere, but we missed it.
