Our experience was limited to docking the boat - arriving, tying up, etc. since we stayed at the resort down the road. We did not use other marina facilities. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As newbies to cruising and using marinas, we found the Dock Master patient in our radio communications and guidance into the marina. The Dock Hand was waiting to point us to our slip and ensured a secure tie up. They also provided shuttle service to the resort. All good!
