We arrived at the marina at noon and spent an hour circling outside the marina trying to contact the Dockmaster. It was a Saturday, so no one was in the office but the recording said a Dockmaster was on duty 24x7. We tried 3 different radios using both Channel 16 and their channel 68. Also tried calling and left a message on voicemail. Finally after 1:00 PM the Dockmaster answered the phone and said his phone had fallen in the water and he just got the replacement. He acted surprised when I said I had tried for an hour to contact him by radio, but offered no explanation.
