The "dock master" of the moment in the office was rude on check in. you have to enter all your information on a computer tablet - they take no information from DockWa. name, address, email all boat information. they keep no records of previous stays.
my boat was damaged by a bolt sticking out of the rubber fenders mounted along the floating dock. 2 long and very deep gouges into the side. I took pictures including showing fiberglass debris on the fender and bolt along with showing same on boat lower rub rail. when the GM came to see for himself the debris had been removed from the bolt and its fender. curious. will see how they end up handling this.
I've stayed at this marina many times over the years. seems like they are going down hill.
