Access to the docks while gated was not secure. People were simply climbing around the gate on a boat docked next to it which the marina is well aware of. They have had recent break-ins according to some boat owners on the same dock as us. The pump out on our dock was not functional. Despite this, it is a fantastic location to downtown and you can easily get to Armand circle by trolley.
