Old docks,with splinters sewer smells, trains 100 yards away combined with boats that I’m sure haven’t left the dock in some times and short finger piers. Stopped to visit brother who loves in Titusville. Been to worse, but Titusville should rebid the marina management contract. On the plus side staff were great. Really an underinvestment issue IMO.
