Welshpool wharf has been taken over by Friar's Bay Development Association, a non-profit seeking to revive the area and rebuild the wharf. We are in the initial funding stages and we will have more information as we proceed. We are hoping to serve small cruise vessels as well as sailing vessels and we are restoring the Welshpool Hall, which is close by, as a service center and Community Hall. The entire complex will be called Welshpool Landing. Stay tuned for more information!
