I have a question for the Harbormaster. Do you allow your slip tenants or owners, to a) come back from a fishing trip and discard fish guts and blood into the water near the Views walkway 2) park in the View parking lot (which clearly they are not paying for) 3) Cause loud disturbances at 3 AM getting their party on going out to fish.
I find this disturbing I've lived here 10 years. Totally unacceptable. TY
