Nice looking place, but new management is a fail. Joined wait list (Hi&dry inside) March 21, 2021 as there was approximately 1 year wait and my boat was not scheduled to arrive till March 2022. I followed up every few months to see where I was on the list and to let them know still needed it. Followed up again in February 2022 only to be notified they no longer have a wait list as they have new management. No phone call or emails to let me know. Thankfully found Tierra Verde Marina with better location, price and $.50 a gallon fuel discount. If I had not called in February, boat would have arrived with nowhere to store it.
