Nice facility. Have been to Marina Jacks before and stayed in a slip and they have very nice amenities. The mooring field was great. My only complaint is that they don't respond to the reservation request in a timely manner. We made the request, after 24 hours no response, so we called. The response was "Oh yea, here it is, yes you have a reservation come on in, call when you get here and we will tell you which ball". The next day, after we left, we got the email confirmation of the reservation. The facility is nice and secure, but the management needs work.
