For the price and location it was expensive. You are very exposed to all boat traffic who do not pay attention to the boats parked there. With you you pay per foot, you are paying more than the hotel guests, with an average 35-40 foot boat. Breakfast is included with a hotel room, but residents of the marina are odd stepchildren out. Docks are new and nice. Pool is gorgeous. Did not use. Weather was too cold
