I am very satisfied with the marina, and my family and I enjoyed our time there immensely. I would like to comment on three things.
1- I understand that costs are rising, but I feel the rates have gone up sharply—specifically, $10 more per foot than last year. I have friends who have been at Treadwell Bay Marina for 20 to 25 years and have decided to leave because of the price increase.
2- We felt the restrooms weren't exactly clean (perhaps due to the restaurant), even though we are paying customers for the summer season.
3- A major suggestion regarding the pool area: having at least some sun umbrellas would provide protection from the sun and allow us to make better use of the space.
Please view these comments as suggestions for improvement rather than as complaints.
