This review is long overdue. While marinas themselves often receive recognition, the maintenance teams that work behind the scenes rarely do—and when they are mentioned, it is often only when something goes wrong.
I would like to recognize the outstanding service I recently received from the maintenance team at Swan Creek Marina. What could have become a very difficult situation was handled with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Starting with Jeff, the Maintenance COO, and Gary, the Maintenance Manager, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved quickly and correctly. Motor mechanic Ramone and technician Dan worked diligently to make sure the necessary repairs were completed the same day—not the following week, but that very day.
Their dedication, responsiveness, and pride in their work reflect the true character of a first-class marina. Swan Creek is not only a wonderful place to visit or keep your boat, but it is also supported by an exceptional maintenance staff that genuinely cares about its customers.
In my opinion, it is this level of service and commitment that sets great marinas apart. Swan Creek Marina has all the qualities needed to be recognized as one of the premier marinas in Rock Hall. I greatly appreciate the efforts of everyone involved and want to thank them for a job well done.
