I arrived after 5p, and office was closed with no alternative to pick up key. While the hours were probably put on my reservation notice - it wasn't explicitly stated that arriving after 5, and not having a key would prohibit you from using any of the facilities. Fortunately friends there were given two keys, and they loaned me theirs for the showers and restrooms.
Also, facilities were very poor. Poll water was HOT, (no chiller to keep pool water usable and refreshing?). Pool shower water was also hot and unpleasant. There was also limited shade and a very small "day room" with a TV. With SO many six and seven figure boats and yachts, was surprised at the poor class of facilities.
