This is a nice marina and it looks great, but in the middle of nowhere if you are in need of a town and entertainment. Great for a very quiet layover to get away from it all or for an overnight stay on a cruise to destinations north or south. There is a nice restaurant here and a general store, so it's not without civilization. Cleanest water I've seen anywhere.
