Well I paid $551 upfront for a slip for 7/17/23 and the boat purchase fell through. First off they don’t have a dedicated receptionist or anybody answering calls. Matter of fact it has a number for “emergencies and after hours” and as it turns out that’s the number you are suppose to call in the daytime? So after a week I did manage to get hold of lady for refund. Said she would talk to owner. Never got back to give an update or anything. Finally got hold of the owner Chris after two weeks 8/1/23. He said he was unable to rent slip for 2 weeks and was not refunding $551 for the month. Even though his staff told him at week 1. As a boater 20 plus years this is not acceptable business practice.
