Great location and friendly staff. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the we were on the first Tee head and because of the pilings our boat was about 4 ‘ from the dock. had to use a narrow piece of scaffold to access dock and with 2’ ft of tide causing steep climb and no railing it was very difficult for the wife.
