Our expectations were high based on reviews and price per foot. The location is excellent and staff friendly but the operation does not run seamlessly with communication. Our slip required the use of an extension cord to connect to power that only delivered 220 v. . Granted we have a sophisticated isotransformer that performs best with 240 v delivery but we have had no problems with power at multiple marinas. Our problem was addressed but not resolved until 48 hours later so we paid for electric while supplementing our power with our generator or by limiting our usage to one air conditioner. We were satisfied with the resolution but not the timeliness. The advertised courtesy vehicles were actually 100.00 per day (due to covid) and we were surprised that pumpouts exceeded $25.00 . We did not leave with the impression of great customer service based on experience with other marinas.
