Great communication from the dockmaster and docking help at arrival. A layout of the marina was sent so it was clear where we were to dock. Location was convenient to the transportation center for busses.
The only negative was that we asked for a pumpout. They have pumpout connections on every floating dock so a guy came with a hose and performed the pumpout quickly. As a Safe Harbor member I expected the pumpout to be without charge like every other SH marina that I have visited. Not so, I got a $25 charge plus tax which is their flat charge up to 100 gallons. I was not told about this charge ahead of time so it was an unpleasant surprise.
So, visitors beware!
