The 5 star review isn't for a perfect marina, it's for a place that always does their best to accommodate folks, even amid their current construction/reconstruction.
As a delivery skipper, i alway appreciate the way Matt has found the means to accommodate me and my clients during last minute weather or mechanical repair stops. He not only provides space, he offers help with a ride or info.
Yes it's under construction. Yes they may not have all the amenities currently. But good people and a GREAT location.
