The Pros:
The location is a lot of fun. It’s less than 15 minutes to walk to the beach, the Saturday Farmer’s Market, or Cova Brewery & Coffeehouse, which has different food trucks every day. The neighborhood is great, we walked around every day and it’s beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and when we had issues they did try to fix them. The docks were relatively new, floating docks, with good access to power and water.
The cons: the building in front of the docks, including the marina office, is under construction. There is a trailer with showers and a toilet, but they were neither clean nor well stocked. There was constantly no toilet paper. Packages were delivered to the wrong place.
I’m sure it’s going to be an awesome marina when the construction is done (Spring 2022) but it was a tough visit in the meantime.
