Just got done lawsuit March 2018. Owner Ford Hall stole my paid in full dockage fees to apply to a bogus T&M repair bill. Written estimate for 72 hours escalated to 182 hours. They damaged my boat and refused to repair. DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS. READ EVERYTHING. They designed all their agreements to benefit GYB only. You will have NO legal recourse. DO NOT SIGN ANY Time & Material repair orders as that is how they steal from you. Ask them for my name & number Slip D-12 2013 -2017. I'll be happy to educate you so you do not suffer any losses. This is a "family owned" business. Ford Hall, owner is unethical, deceitful, and unprofessional. He tried to coerce me to sign a "release" so I wouldn't sue him. I refused and met him in Kent County court. He had to retain an attorney to represent him. STAY AWAY !!!!!
