Epic fail. We rent at Flyers at least three to six times each summer. We emailed yesterday and canceled the boat. We received a message asking why we were not there. When I called Miles the owners stepson said to me fuck you for wasting $300 dollars and hung up on me. When I called back to ask to speak to the owner Miles said 48 hours to cancel and we only booked it the day before so the 48 hour thing doesn’t work. I had an emergency and canceled in plenty of time the day before. He was rude and inappropriate. We will no longer rent from them and I’ll be writing this review every place possible.
