It’s the surge that makes these docks bad. The location is stellar and the docks are in excellent shape. But the surge broke mooring lines and fenders. We had to stand guard and move fenders and adjust lines every 2 hours.
They are trying to install a rock surge break but until that’s finished, prepare for some damage to your boat.
Love the location, hate the surge
