The marinas location makes it sesptable to swell and a big volumes of wave from traffic. The dock itself is in a state of disarray from, boat and or storm damage. The docks were dirty and cluttered with what looked like chiken bones. This was not what I expected with a propoerty associated with Margaritaville.
