We struggled to find dockage in the Palm Beach area during the busiest time of the year surrounding the WPB boat show. HAVN was wonderful as we were a smaller boat in a big slip, which was all that was available, and they charged us for our boat size not the slip size (as other marinas do!) Oz and Joe in particular were exceptional staff! Oz spent 30 minutes getting us tied up for expected bad weather and watched our boat all weekend, fixing and adding lines and fenders when she saw a need. The staff pay attention to EVERY boat like that! F3 and HAVN are an extremely top notch organization. HAVN is one of our best stops on America's Great Loop (steps to great restaurants, an amazing pedestrian walkway from the marina to Palm Beach inlet, and more we didn't take advantage of on this visit. When we departed, Joe and Oz were there to help us and it was like leaving friends. We will be back to visit HAVN again!
