Even though it’s a great place and it’s a marina for the family, the administrator Olga is very abusive of her employees. I’ve been a witness of it she haved scream to the finger machine man and she talks very nasty about the security guards even though they help a lot, she’s a non educated person, she’s rude, she’s lack of integrity and respect . And those are things you NEED to have in order to run a bussines .
