The slips are supposed to be accessed by card key but it seemed like every time we went to the boat the gate was blocked open so anyone could enter the slips. Plus I found one of my neighbor boater was on my boat looking for a drain plug to use on his boat - really!! I confronted him about it and he basically ignored me.
