I came down from Michigan to buy a Bravo III upper unit. I brought my core with me and they took it with no core charge. Immediately I was treated like a long-time customer. The new unit was like brand new. I brought my lower with me and they mated them together, put a new upper drive shaft and U-joints at no extra charge. They filled the unit with gear oil and sent me on my way. Very professional, and it didn't take more than an hour. I will be doing business with them again! Thanks, Ken!
