No one was available on the provided ship to shore channel to confirm arrival and guide us into the marina to locate our mooring ball upon arrival. The pendant lines were exceptionally thick and extremely dirty/covered with marine growth and we were unable to get the pendant under and through the horn cleat. We had to wait a very long time for launch pick-up.
