TPG has 2 facilities in Scituate. This facility should be maintained to the same standard as the Mill Wharf Marina. Specifically, the restrooms were in very poor condition at best. There was an inspection sheet on the wall indicating periodic inspections, but the restrooms were rarely cleaned. In addition, several of the bathrooms were inoperative most of the season.
Also, the fuel dock was rarely staffed. A schedule was posted but rarely staffed. In fact, a handwritten sign was posted that said it may or not be open depending on staff availability. Even the dock carts are in poor condition, one missing a handle.
We pay a lot of money to the marina with promised/expected services. Those services were essentially not provided. If the services cannot be provided, please reduce your costs and customer expectations.
