We came (again) to the BWM before the start of the summer season. The staff here is as nice as could be. We asked to stay for a couple of extra hours due to a medical issue and they were very accommodating. I would not have wanted to ask during busy season just as a courtesy, but I’m sure they’d do as much as possible to help out. The amenities at the dock are nice as well.
