No dockhands available to help docking, the only ones working were at the fuel dock. Dockmaster said they were down two employees. There is a flyer at the dockmaster desk announcing a going away party and their valiant effort to get Port Canaveral to renew their lease has failed. As a result, things are not being kept up. Sad to see. We were given a floating dock, but it was very rickety and full of bird poop. The slips are concrete with bow pilings with strapped wood planks. We had stayed 2 previous times at Ocean Club next door, for $.25/ft more ($4.25), I would stay there.
