This is actually our 2nd time coming to TJ's. We came in for some minor service in late Feb, 2024 and were so pleased w the high quality of their work as well as their facilities that we came back again for some much more significant items again in April, '24.
During our 2nd visit we had our boat bottom painted as well as replaced a worn Cutlass Bearing.
Once again, we are extremely pleased w everything we had done at TJ's. The work was done on time and to a very high standard as well as a fair rate.
Additionally, TJ's - which is currently 95% boatyard n only 5% Marina - is in an extremely protected Inlet whereas all other Belhaven marinas are very exposed to high winds. TJ's is in the process of building a real Marina facility and once that is done, I am sure it will be an equally well protected and well run facility.
We would definitely not hesitate to return again in the future to TJ's to have work done at the Boatyard and eagerly look forward to staying in their Marina once that is complete.
